1. Joining a guild is at best, an at will agreement, much like a normal job with a company. Being at will means you can quit for any reason you like, and with some mild forms of documentation you can also be terminated for just about any reason. No recompense is required from either party. So your demands are pretty damn silly.

2. No one is impinging upon your right to enjoy a game, if you have in some way failed at being a valued member of your guild/broken guild rules in some way and were kicked. That's your fault and the only person you can blame for not enjoying the game...is yourself. So find a mirror and argue at it.

3. If English is your 2nd language, please do not use words that you cannot spell. There's a spell checker built in for a reason. Also there are plenty of cross language dictionaries to help with spelling and grammar.

4. With 3 religions...are you confused often?

5.
